At the appointed time, set up during the Spade Ball Asarlai may be found waiting in the shadow of the Embassy for Burke to arrive. He is not wearing a suit, for once, but instead loose, comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

In one corner of the Green is a collection of fenced-in areas and large tanks housing a veritable menagerie of wildlife. Silke hasn't been seen much outside the Embassy since she and Asmodai arrived. Sure, there have been visitors, but visitors are the brave ones. The rest may still find her unfamiliar. More common, though infrequent, have been the sightings of a large cat at night. Nothing's been killed, but it's enough to have kids telling ghost stories at recess ( Read more... )
